SUPER EASY CHICKEN HAMONADO | EASY RECIPE #homemade
Hamonado (a glazed boned in ham) is a Filipino traditional dish ( hamon is usually served during special occasions.) consisting of pork or chicken cooked in pineapple and orange juice. RECIPE: 1 Whole Chicken 1 head Garlic pressed with skin (to add aroma) 1 can pineapple with syrup 3 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp oyster sauce 5 tbsp Brown Sugar 5 tbsp orange juice 1 tbsp ground pepper 1 ginisa mix oil to fry. STEP1.) In a shallow bowl put the whole chicken and add all the syrup and the Ingredients in to the bowl and mix it well and marinate it overnight. STEP2.) Take in the Fridge the chicken and let it rest for about 20 mins. and Cut into 2 pieces to be able well evenly cooked during frying and cooking. after a while heat the cooking oil in to the wok in medium heat and put the chicken and fry for about 10 mins. only and set aside. STEP3.) Into the pan sauté some garlic and put the chicken and syrup for marinated chicken together with the pineapple slices and let it simmer until the syrup become slightly thickening.
